What our High School students have said:
“DJCS’ High School gives Jewish teens the chance to bond over pizza. The numerous guest speakers offered us inspiring perspectives on various topics, from the horrors of the Holocaust to the situation in modern Israel. The no-homework policy adds to the relaxed atmosphere, where learning and enjoyment are priorities, not marks or competition”.
“For me the class has been a great opportunity to participate in discussions about things that matter to me, with other Jewish kids my age. I have really learned a lot from the guest speakers, as well as from the other students, and I enjoy the class very much”.
“Marsha is an amazing teacher. She always puts us first. Without her this class would not be the same. I had a really great year with her and look forward to spending another great year with her next year”.
