 Dear Parents!
If you have confirmed with Joan Schoenfeld that a space exists for your child, you may complete and return the Forms to the School Office, or print out the linking Word document.
Waitlisting Your Child
If no space currently exists for your child or if your child is currently too young to
enroll (age 4) and you would like to "waitlist" your child for a future year, please print out this waitlist application.
How to Enroll
Complete and return the enclosed 3 forms:
- CURRENT INFORMATION
- HEBREW TEXT ORDER (for Grade 2-7 students enrolling in a HEBREW class)
- PERMISSION
- FEE

Early Bird Savings -- $50/child
For new & continuing families: Register by May 2, 2010 and save $50 per child.
Forms, all applicable tuition plus Hebrew material fees must be received by end of day May 2.
Space is limited. Early bird savings will not be extended beyond May 2.
Hebrew Enrolment
Alef & Bet Hebrew Options (See details in Q & A):
To register for a Hebrew class, be sure to complete the Hebrew Option &
Hebrew Level boxes for 2010/11 on the enclosed CURRENT INFORMATION form,
plus complete your HEBREW TEXT ORDER form.
Formal Hebrew language instruction begins when children enter grade 2.
Children may also commence the program in grade 3. It is possible to opt
out of the Hebrew program simply by writing "NO" in the Hebrew Option box.
It is generally not possible to opt in at an older age without prior Hebrew
language experience.

An additional fee of $25 for resource materials is charged for Grades 2-7 students in either Hebrew Stream. This fee must be included with registration.
Requested additional charitable tax receipted donation: Suggested minimum $100/family
All tuition fees are fully tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
The DJCS is a
non-profit organization. The school is dependent upon your tuition fees plus
charitable tax receipted donations in order to grant subsidized enrollments and
fund the required expenses that are necessary each year.
Tuition fees do not
cover our full costs. Therefore, we are requesting that every family include an
additional donation ($100/family suggested). We recognize that paying full tuition may pose a hardship for some families; hence we have set the tuition fee below cost level. However, please consider paying for the full cost of your child’s tuition by adding a suggested minimum of $100/child as a donation.
Cancellation Policy Please read carefully
After September 1, 2010 tuition is completely non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made to this policy. Cancellation fees are as follows:

THE AZRIELI BURSARIES -- Application Deadline May 2, 2010
Thanks to the Azrieli Foundation, the DJCS is able to offer subsidized enrollments to families in need. If you are financially unable to meet the full enrollment fee, you may be considered for a reduced fee, in confidence, by completing a subsidy application form. This form can be obtained from the principal and must be submitted with the Current Information and Fee Forms in order to be considered. Applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
FREE Miles Nadal JCC CHILD’S MEMBERSHIP
